Fire Suppression System


Fire fighting foam systems suppress fire by separating the fuel from the air (oxygen), Cooling the fuel surface by water content and suppresses the release of flammable vapors.

Any foam system shall comprising following sections as minimum:
1- Foam Concentrate Reservoir Device: Atmospheric Storage Tank, Bladder Tank, Foam Barrel.
2- Foam Generation Device: inline inductor, Foam Proportioner, Foam Dosing Mixer.
3- Discharge Outlet Device: Foam Chamber, Foam Maker/Pourer, High Back Pressure Foam Generator.
4- Interconnecting Piping: Valves, Pipes, fittings, Supports

Application of Foam systems:
- Fixed or Floating Roof Fuel Storage Tanks
- Dike Area Protection
- Oil and chemical Export Jetties
- Oil & Chemical loading & Unloading Facilities
- Plane Hanger
- Chemical product Store
